I voted for the Bora, which I find the overall most appealing package. (and probably because I expect very few people will vote for it anyway)

I haven't driven any of those cars yet, but my father has driven all four and I don't think its appropriate to use in a public form the words he used to describe driving those cars . . . except for the Bora which he says was very nice. In fact he thinks the Bora and the Ferrari F355 are two of the nicest mid-engine supercars he's ever driven.

I voted for the Countach. It's just... wild. Ugly, but wild.

I'm with you on this. I think it's lovely car.
It's gorgeous, it's fast, it corners well (even if with a little body roll), it's comfortable and it has a magnificient sound.

I agree, and on a sensible basis it's probably the best of the bunch. Even if sensible and 70's italian supercar don't really belong to the same sentence.

But for a blast on a great road and the returning it to its (un)fortunate owner, the Countach just excites my primeval instincts much more than the others.

Wasn't the Bora on a Top Gear challenge to find cheap Italian supercars?

    Bora it is then.

It was a Maserati Merak, but close enough, it's kind of the 'junior version' of the Bora. IIRC the car was badged as a SS version but it wasn't, the owner simply bought the badge and applied it. Also, the car produced an astonishing 88 bhp when they dyno'ed it

As David said it was the Merak, but Top Gear (by James May) has made a Bora review. Actually James also drove the Countach and the BB on an earlier video, so that's 3 out of 4. Not bad, Mr. May.

    Ahh, close enough.

    Thanks for the videos!

I needed my fix of Top Gear.

Hm, my girlfriend picks the Patera because it looks the best and has a Ford engine. Me I have to agree. I think it looks the best and would be the most fun to tool around in. Also it has more of a cult following than the others.
