    The engine isn't old, It's experienced.

    Build a frame ad some wheels and go kitting.

    I think making a table with it is by far safer then go-karting with it...

    No not karting, Like a full buggy frame so if you flip your safe. Weld it at home and slap some parts together and bobs your uncle fanny's your aunt.

    Don't spose it says the make of the buggy on ebay does it? Or is it a custom jobbie? I ask because there seems to be a Westfield in the background so this buggy may be a kit car, i just want to learn more about it.

    VW BASED FUGITIVE 4 SAND RAIL HEAVILY MODIFIED BUGGY on eBay, also, Volkswagen, Classic Cars, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 14-Mar-08 11:11:48 GMT)

    Theres the E-Bay link, if I remember right reading on the forum, that Westfield is powered by a 2.3 litre something..

    Fugitive Forums -> 2.9 Cosworth powered FUG4

    And theres the link to the owner's build.

    That's what I meant.

    It's certainly safer than fabricating your own rickety chassis.
