The service center in the US is usually quite swamped, so it takes a while

i'm getting quite annoyed now becaue my broken Xbox is still sat here. I phoned the call center on the 30th of March and the guy on the phone said that my labels will be with me shortly. what he forgot to inform me of was the fact that they would be e-mailed to me. Now i don't check my e-mails, ever, because i only get thread subscriptions and crap about Facebook telling me that some ex-girlfriend of mine has sent me a "Gang-rape Invitaion Request." these electronic labels are only valid for 10 days so they are no longer available to me. Phoned up yesterday to start the whole process over. So should get my "real" labels in the next few days. I'm getting withdrawl symptoms so badly that i've been constantly inhebriated for a fortnight. ARRRGH!!!!

JB replaced my console with a new one on the spot.
so I was without a console for like, 35 minutes.
