My New Car: Seat Leon Cupra R

I think the stance and ride of the car is perfect now. I've been driving it all day, and the seat sport suspension is near perfection, the ride quality is perfect in both cruise and attack modus.

some pictures of the car standing near my home. Wanted to put it next to the Ibiza Cupra, but some Opel Corsa took my normal parking spot

things i did today:

got me new 3D plates, and nice clean licenseplate frames without the dealer advertising. Tomorrow i'll get a shorter antenna, since it looks like an RC car now. When reading the manual it said that the optional 18inch alloys came with a special reserve wheel. I thought it would be a big steeley, as i didnt take away the toolbox inside the rim when inspecting the car on my testdrive. To my surprise it wasnt a steely, but exactly the same rim as on the car. You dont see that very often

Nice pics..i wonder if you where aiming for contrast when parked your car next to the red megan...boy thats an ugly car.

Regarding spare wheels being different I wasnt aware of differences unless space savers are used.

lol at the 'pimped' Megane Tourer... The antena thing would be a good idea I think, that one really is a bit long, still definately think that black is the best colour for those, there's a wierd non-metalic blue Cupra near the train station I use near college every day, looks aweful, but I still can't help stare at the car.
What's the ride like in yours? I've only been in a chipped new-shape 2.0TFSI FR on the standard 17inch alloys, I thought the ride was really hard, but I dunno if that was because we were travelling at 136mph or not.

That's a very nice car. I've only seen a few Seat cars in Australia.

Someone asked me to shoot a small sprint with a videocamera, so i found a nice stretch of asphalt at a nearby industrial area:

i'm actually surprised how fast it is. According to GPS i'm doing 100 real km/h when at 6500rpm in Second gear. Due to the enormous 18inch wheels, it's basicly the same on my Speedometer.


Made it shine a bit too last week, but due to the sahara sand it now looks more like an Army vehicle
