This is perfectly normal in america just about everything is themed and now its just spreading to churches.

You never know it may rekindle some intrest in the church it has a universal appeal and I personally dont see it anywhere near as bad as christian rappers or tom cruise jumping up and down on furnature in an effort to sell their product.

(henk if you want to make this seem more stupid look at the posatives and underline them )
Lifts heavy things and hits hard......also eats as much as 2/3 people and sleeps 10 hours a day!

I will say this.......I'd gladly pray at the Church of Mustang for a month straight before I'd even try to have a single conversation with a practitioner of Scientology.

Orwell already made a very appropriate description of the divinity of Ford.

In the book Brave New World by Aldous Huxley they worship "the divinity of Ford". Orwell was a student of Huxley.

A battered, dog-eared Haynes shop manual.

Anyway, on this note, I think it's time we start a Toyota Church.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.

Bold prediction #1: The Mustang Church of America will undergo a schism when some members argue that owners of the Mustang II should not be allowed to join the fold, as their cars are not "true Mustangs." The division will lead to the establishment of the Reformed Mustang Church of America that welcomes only true believers, while the original church is officially renamed to Orthodox Mustang Church of America.

Church of Ford Mustang of Latter-day muscle-cars

    is formed

Anyway, whoever said 'only in America' is right. We've got a sick fetish for our own recent history and, for whatever reason, we've latched onto that dismal secretary's car (Carrol Shelby's words, there) that is the 1966 Ford Muskrat. Shelby did the best with what he had, but he didn't have much.

I'll be happy when we all us 'Yanks get over this Muskrat fetish and go back to worshiping the '68 Chevelle 454, as our forefathers intended.
    I'm erudite ;-)
