I am playing it and am now on JV and don't have a car fast enough to complete the final milestone,although all my cars are ultimate performance. I can't find a trainer that works. I'm relying on skill,and its not helping. I'm stuck.

Set the suspension a bit higher and softer, then the cars will tend to fly off the road less.

I don't have the game, but have you tried adding downforce and power? That seems to work in other games.

well for speed milestones like camera's and all that stuff I used an Gallardo and fot the cops I used an Mazada RX8 with only grip and nos + acceleration and for razor I used a Lamborghini Murciélago with everything on the car fitted the performance stats will max exept for acceleration I have hit 400 km/h severall times with this car razor is nothing with this car

i've managed it and none of my cars are completely fully tuned, it just takes a ot of time, practice and patience, my CLK500, Gallardo and RX-8 were what I used mainly.

I've been stuck at home nursing a mouth recently departed of Wisdom teeth so I played Most Wanted, just finished the game using only the Fiat Punto.
