Fleet, another great find.
How reliable do you consider Motor Trend were in their day ?
It seems to refute many of the points we've argued over in the past
"A woman without curves is like a road without bends, you might get to your destination quicker but the ride is boring as hell'
Fleet,
I'm not a new member, but I've just discovered how much info there is in these forums (fori?). I'm loving all of your interesting car comparisons from the days of yore. Thanks for all the interesting articles.
"Kimi, can you improve on your [race] finish?"
"No. My Finnish is fine; I am from Finland. Do you have any water?"
After reading many Motor Trend magazines, I would put them kind of inbetween. Not 100% non-biased, but they did have some fairness.
IMO, that magazine got somewhat biased agaisnt American cars from about 1970 and later.
It was probably at its peak in fairness during the 1960s.
