Those are the wheels I really wanted, but couldn't find any for cheap. I talked to a guy who gt some of the polished ones (the better looking of the two) for $350 new off ebay, they were takeoffs, but I couldn't find any for less than $1,000. So I just stuck with the stock 16s and got some 285/75/16s. You won't need to recalibrate as long as the OD is the same.

It's doin great, I'm getting about 20 mpg on the highway. I've put about 4,000 miles on it so far. I need to do an oil change sometime soon. I scraped the wheel idea for now instead I've been thinking about exhaust for it.

Our Dodge Ram 3500 with the Cummins 5.9L gets about 15 to 20 mpg when not towing.

Diesel is definitely a better choice for heavier vehicles but the high cost of diesel is deterring more than a few people recently

Yeah we don't drive ours unless we need to tow something.

Wow 20mpg? I doubt you. I'm lucky to get 13 combined.

Anyway, you mentioned exhaust, I just put a Hooker Aerochamber muffler on mine and it sounds fantastic, not too loud, a good tone, not much sound at idle, quite on the highway. I'd recommend it.

The 20mpg was on a trip where I was traveling on the highway most of the time. You have the 5.3 right?

Ok well that should have been mentioned in your wild MPG claim.

Yeah I do, if you ask because of fuel economy, obviously mine won't be better, but from what I've seen/heard it's only marginally lower, if you ask because of the muffler thing, I doubt it would sound much different on the 4.8L.

It sounded so badass with open headers while we had the y-pipe out.

Duude, open headers FTMFW. There was a new 5.7HEMI Grand Cherokee bumbling around the town-centre carpark a few weeks ago, beast sounded phenomenal!
