To be honest, I don't think the Italians have been that bad in terms of diving this tournament. Certainly no worse than a good few other teams around. Besides, even if watching Italy is annoying, ANYTHING has to be better than watching the French! They were absolutely awful all competition, and thoroughly deserved to finish rock bottom of their group.

This is impossible, as they are in the same side of the draw.

They can meet in the semis.

I only said that it would be great
BTW, I liked our team's play today so much against Sweden.

Poor Guus, now he will be against his fellow country men...

    An unenviable position, surely.

it was so funny to see Portugal struggling to win and the brazilian commentators supporting Portugal thinking that was the brazilian national team on the pitch

I don't have nothing against Portugal, but is good to see those commentators having some moments of disgrace

Portugal has (had) a Brazilian manager, who will now move over to Chelsea, and they the Brazis speak the same language....

Netherlands Croatia, or Netherlands Germany. Just can't see Italy beating Netherlands or Germany. Spain...really don't know cause they either turn up or they don't.

my bet for the final will be Italy against Germany. They have a habit of screwing up the initial round and then return full steam during the knock out stages,

and yes Niko, I wouldn't be surprised if the Russians will cause a stir tomorrow.

Ex - Brazilian manager (YES!) and two brazilian players, Deco and Pepe.

I want to see the Dutch take it as they in my estimation have been the best side.

In Brazil we got a little problem, that is about the national team supporters, is just like Ferrari in F1: when they win is all about party all those stuff and when they lose the coach is a stupid idiot

here nobody watch the WC qualifiers or the friendly matches, just those 4 to 7 games that happen in a 4 years gap, which means that most of our supporters are just comemorators, they just want to see titles and victories, and the broadcasters tried to do that with Portugal.

anyway they do that with everything, including racing series (you can feel the fear of commentators when Felipe Massa do something wrong) and it annoys a lot, just to show what I feel.

anyway, let's stop this bulshit and keep on going, today the match will be very interesting

I'm glad I tuned into the end of that match.

Turkey comes back again, what a story.
