    Are you sure?

If my opinion matters it shouldn't be called NSX unless its a mid-engine sports car. They can come up with 3 new letters to denote a front engine GT.

I agree with jenkens...i have no idea why they would make a front engine touring car to replace the nsx...unless they are trying to share a platform but they arent doing that so they might as well make it mid engined.

well why didnt they work it? if its one thing Honda does best its build screaming engines... they had, for the time being, one of the best bases for a fairly supercar engine yes even if the chasis was 13 ears old when they pulled it i beleive it was still one of the best chasis going around... realy stick it to the fast supercars... even a stepping stone into GT1 in ALMS and LMS... theres the marketing problem solved

Why does it look so much like a BMW from the rear? hmmm...

It's quite obvious it's to compete with the Lexus LF-A. I'm quite sure we'll see it racing in Super-GT before any production ones hit the road...

I wonder if they will actually look any good.

Also missed is the affordable Japanese mid engine car, the MR2 was such a good car for the money.

    A little update.

    NSX testing on the 'Ring.

Sounds really nice. But it does sound like a waste if they decide to put a heavy 4WD system into it.

I read it's hitting dealerships in 2009, and the V6 has 300 hp.

What do you quantify as slow?

Well what's the point of having a V8 and making it slow? Why not use a smaller engine and achieve better fuel economy?

    Anyway, it's 0-60 in 5.8 seconds...and has 375bhp. (C/D)

    Fuel economy is 17mpg city
    25mpg Highway

It weighs 2 tonnes, and there's no manual gearbox.

    Why Hyundai why?
