    My friend's building something similar to you too, he has a Locust 7 in progress..... man, the "7" replicas, great cars to make yourself.
    There's a automatic rice filter in being a gud mountain racer.... and that is "Skill"......

    oh.... there's really no "Company", its basically name of the car that you make yourself, he has a book on them..... the book's name is "Build your own race car for under $20,000 Cdn" and the book describes the building process of a 7 replica, and the author calls this particular model the "Locust 7". I dunno, I guess you can call it the same name as any other 7 replicas......

    haha yah....... he's spent 6 months already and so far he only has the front section and part of the engine stand

    This is why it is sooo cheap to buy part-built Locosts
    Lots of folks get part way through and decide it's too long or too much hassle.
    Friends building another pure track car for his son using a Locost chassis complete except for engine mounts and all the running gear - 200 quid
    Worth checking local papers, especially the free ones and even eBay
    Lots in the UK anyway

    No I am 15! My Dad pays around £280 on the Libra, the Luego will cost me about £900.
