Nice pic. ... but not of the ONLY Lambo in the event It's balck, not yellow
Lots of 911s though, including GT3s. Still unlikely to have spent that amount !!
Not taking it away from them or the car, there WAS a "challenge" and a "competition" section. So it wasn't a "tour" that it won in ( whcih is what I was asking ). To understand the difference ... here's an in car from a guy in the "challenge" -- DOH !!
Found out Alister McRae won the classic competition in a 911.
Well done
Putting it in context, only 4 mins slower over nearly 2 hours of stages in a 25+ year old car !!!

that guy is dead now
on a rally? that's damn good - my understanding of a tarmac rally is that hardly anyone pushes it as far as they would on a track which maybe why he was only four minutes behind? not sure, i'd feel safer with AWD but where's the fun in that

I know one guy Chris Bailey that runs a Perana Capri in the rallies and he is a nutter, win it ir bin it attitude. He built the nephews old car and at last years Buller sprints embarrassed alot of car that should have been faster.
