Internet Speeds

Ok, so my internet speed has been really rubbish for about a week now and I had complained to O2 about it. I got an email from a guy saying i should change my network name and pass key and he has changed the channel the router broadcasts on. I have done this before for connections and it has never really worked.
Well, this is the connection I had before the changes were made...



...and this is after. Crazy! It's running faster than i am paying for!

ok the thread is old and already stinks, but I just got my new internet connection at the new apartment in Modena, and this is the result:



I'm paying about 45 € a month, with free phone calls (trough VOIP) and free wi-fi modem with some security tools too. The speed should (theoretically) be 20 Mb/s download and 1 Mb/s upload.
This kind of service is the only one to avoid the usual phone contract calling for a fix bill and the the costs of your calls (trough the usual analogical line).
