I can drive an S2000, but my knees hit the steering wheel every time I shift, while on the 350Z (which I've also driven) I still had space to move the seat back (perfect for my size). The S2000 lacks power in low RPMs big time, I can't even imagine what turbo lag would do to that car... hence you see more supercharged S2000s than turbocharged. 350Zs are lovely to drive, the car throws you against the seat the second you press the gas pedal... but the S2000 is more of a race car imo, the steering wheel is small and a slight touch and the car is turning... the seats grip you better as well and the interior is much better.

but imagine the kind of horse power one would create if his S2000 were to be turbo charged. it wud be violent in performance. i get what ur saying about the low end torque tho...well, it is a high reving engine.what's the redline on an S2000? 8k?

Vtec - all the lag, half the performance.
Vtec - its like waiting for bad sex.

    ect ect..

Sure, It'd be "violent" but in a short wheelbase RWD coupe thats not always the best.

9k on the 2L, a turbocharger in this case exaggerates the power curve...a supercharger smooths it out.

just did some quick google... apparently there are quite a few 600+ S2Ks out there. with the short wheelbase and the way ive seen them slide around a track, i think stock would be good for me.... if i were able to drive it.

230Kw at the wheels would be more than enough to go crazy with.

Vtec: All the turbo lag, without the turbo.

I want S2krazy's car. Its one of the nicest I've ever seen.

I used to see a really nice gun metal grey with black competition VOLK TE37's (black face with red edge) sitting uber low on the stock bodykit with spoon front carbon lip on my way to work each day.

is vtec really that bad? lol. i like the analogy tho, all the lag without the turbo. guess u learn something new everyday. well the hell dont just make all their vtec shiznits with turbo since they lag in any case? guess they just want to sell bolt-on parts. darn u honda...

I love how they resisted the urge to put über big exhausts on the s2k
    Props to the backwards-toliet-flushing tuners.
