    Nissan Gloria

First picture, Prince Gloria Super 6 Competition Car

The first-generation Gloria (BLSIP) used the same body as the Skyline. In September 1962, it received a full model change to become the type S40. The following year, the Super 6 - featuring the first domestic OHC engine - was introduced, and in 1964 at the 2nd Japan GP (T-VI Race), it secured both 1st (No. 39: H. Oishi) and 2nd (No. 38: Y. Sugita) places.

The third-generation Gloria was launched in April 1967. This car received much attention as the first newly designed model following the Nissan-Prince merger. Its front, with twin pairs of headlights arranged vertically, and its straight-line silhouette were popular with car buyers. The Super Deluxe was an even sportier version of the Super 6. This series of Gloria provided safety and high-speed performance - anticipating the coming age of fast travel - as well as a relaxing interior.

In October that year, the first domestic model to be fitted with a turbo engine was introduced. It underwent minor changes in April 1981 and in June 1982.

It's definitely different for sure. Rounded and squared. Very tough macho looking and it looks surprisingly big and imposing.
