    He's far more than that, both as a scientist and activist. I first got hip to him in college, Quirks & Quarks as well as Science Magazine were re-broadcast by some PBS radio affiliates. A very interesting guy, would love to hang out with him for beers to discuss physics...
    likely he'd want to talk about sea life and forests, too. It's alllllll connected.

    I knew David Suzuki was Canadian but according to my high school English/Social teacher, he doesn't know a thing about speaking Japanese. I donno about that though...
