    Toyota and law suits

Does anyone have a clue about the law suits that have dogged Toyota for a while, as it relates its vehicles?

Lawyer plans to reopen 15 Toyota lawsuits - USATODAY.com

Seems like some hired legal guns are out to make a quick buck or two off the backs of Toyota.

However, here is another recall campaign for Toyota.

Oh lovely. A quick buck, yes, but maybe the withheld information can be helpful if let out into the open.

I find it amusing, but that might just be the fatigue.

Toyota Recalls Corolla, Corolla Matrix, Scion XD & Pontiac Vibe

Hmmm, so when he 'wins', how much do the 'victims' get?? cents on the millions, I bet..

Will Toyota have to file bankruptcy, like so many hope?

Will the Prius finally be exposed as a fraud and more damaging than a Hummer?

Stay tuned, when "As the Lawsuits Churn" returns next week....

I had not heard of THESE suits, only the patent infringement cases on the synergy drive and transmission, which I think were settled...

First, you must hate Toyota enough to actually search for this information.

Second, you must believe the conspiracy theories surrounding the coverups, EPA and NHTSA collusion, and political contributions.

I hate this 21st century culture of deciding to sue someone even when that person or company doesn't deserve to be sued. I hope Toyota have some great lawyers representing them in these law suits.

Yes! Recall the Papa Johns Pizza owner story of finding his lost Camaro and buying back? The car had been made into a race car, and so he paid $250,000 to the owners and $25,000 to the 'finders'...

In the news today, and attorney representing the 'finders' is now demanding $250,000 for his clients, instead of the $25,000

    Stay tuned...."As the Lawsuits Churn"

    Some people...

I bet if John Schnatter posted this request on Digg with the title, 'Can you guys help me find my long lost baby' he would have been reunited in less than a week at the cost of $0.00. People have to get off this get rich quick by suing bandwagon. 25 large isn't enough for them I guess, and I thought even that was generous.

    Noooo,

But, the husband and wife team who faked finding a finger in a bowl of Wendy's chili were sentenced to 12 and 9 years, respectively.......

I just thought I throw that in there. Just for the sake of lawsuits.
Does anybody know about any Toyota lawsuits? Are they even true?!?!?!?
Their a decent company, why have lawsuits. But, then again, nobody's perfect.

I haven't heard of it either, but it isn't suprising, since everyone tries to find the smallest reason for a lawsuit these days...
