It's a good question; I don't know. She goes and gets her car inspected herself, and I know it got inspected with that tint.

May explain it. I know that women get away with a lot more than men, especially if they're attractive. Had a girlfriend a while ago with a mustang that got away with quite a bit that my other friends couldn't.
