When i go into my user CP and click on the attachments button, it sends me to a list of every pic i have posted, and says i'm using up space

does that mean i am using my own computer space, or website space to keep the pics there?

if i delete the pics, with the delete button at the bottom of the page, will the space be freed up and will the pics i posted dissapear from UCP?

The pics are stored on UCP server once you upload as attachment.
If you use the embedded picture the images are stored at the site in the url.

If you delete the pics from the UCP server they disappear.
If the destination url pictures are removed from the referenced web-site then they disappera from UCP threads and replaced with the red cross.
