    Wait a minute... I am under 5'6" tall. If I were taller my biceps would probably be over 14", too! I used to lift weights.

    I was 15" last time i measured and then got a little bigger and then quit liftin as much as i did so i think i'm back to 15". In my "prime" i could rep 180 lbs and max 210 lbs on bench with no protein or supplement help like that. I'd like to get back to where i was though, i'm disappointed with myself
