    Germany is already full of them. According to several statistics, it's currently the best selling small van here.

    And yes, I agree with you on the B-pillar issue, but i think this was simply a cost problem for Opel. Also, I don't think that no B-pillar on a 4-door improves chassis rigidity or safety...

    The Meriva may be helped by the fact it's an established name, and that presently part of the "competition" is getting older, quickly.
    Fiat, you need to move on this one too. And no, there is no Chrysler to rebadge this time.
    And to open (and immediately close) a sublevel offtopic, I'm curious to see how the Freemont will do as a Fiat. I figured Freemont as a city (CA) was very average by American standard, and nothing special for me either: not small enough to be quite, not larger enough to be interesting. It has a BART stop though.
