    Three pedal auto?

I was on http://www.americancarimports.com earlier today and noticed that some of the pick ups and SUVs had three pedals with an auto box. What does that other pedal do? Cruise Control? Winch? Ejector Seat?

Small pedal off in the corner of the foot well? That engages the parking brake, they dont have a hand brake in big truks because there is often a bench seat, and this also keeps it out of the way, many older cars have them too.
Fortune and glory, kid. Fortune and glory.

O yes, any non-remotely sporty car has a parking brake pedal. Any van, truck, SUV, and large sedan will have a pedal. although, i do like the idea of ejector seat...

Talking about bench seats, Volvo put the handbrake to the left of the driver's seat, so the models were prepared for the US market. But I guess the old Volvos doesn't really count as "big trucks". Anyway, I'm just sharing information

My dad's 1990 Chev Duallie used to have the park brake as a small pedal next to the accelerator, i just put it down to ergonomics i suppose. Just cause its a bench seat doesnt mean it needs a pedal park brake, tonnes of cars here have the park brake that pulls out of the dash

Wow, never would've thought there'd be a place dedicated to importing American cars, but then again, we've got places specializing in JDM Imports(Motorex in Cali) and places for European models as well.
