    jesus..
    there is a fellow here who blew his ferrari 360 on the track. ferrari refused to replace it under warranty because he'd been driving it on the track..
    he finished the rest of the season in a honda integra type R (was cheaper to buy and set up than fork out for new 360 engine)

    yeah, well insurance doesn't cover track damage... He should have lied and said he was on the highway.

    They can check telemetry and whatnot, they also weren't born yesterday. I don't think fraud is the answer.

    not at all. just normal track driving, yeah, ringing it out in the rev range but nothing worse than what the average porsche was doing. he was simply trying to keep up with the 911's
