    Finished* Simtek S941

This is a 1/20 resin kit made by Studio 27. One of my all time favorite liveries.

    Nicely done!

I enjoy the models you make, they're so professionally done.

On a side note, the F1 cars in the early 90's definitely looked the cleanest to me. Cars now look too busy.

nice shades of purple, TS paint (what Tamiya did for Japanese motor cycles) or specifically mixed?

The main thing is the V10s sounded spectacular.

    Thanks all!

The base color was specifically mixed and is sold by Hiroboy in the UK. The darker area I did by decanting two of Tamiya's dark metallic blues and airbrushed it on. I don't remember the exact colors I mixed, it was really just guessing at it. I also have the kit of the S951 which is the same base color.

Totally agree. F1 is my first love, but have to admit that IndyCars look better. Less aero, less clutter.
