Yeah...that's where my hesitation comes from. A gussied-up Golf is just as good, but without paying the premium for having four circles on the grille.

The Sportback A3 was missing in this thread.
Here in the E-tron version.
I drove the petrol A3 Sportback 2 years ago, on holiday in Norway.
It's a nice driving car, but now I know why the call it a Sportback instead of a Stationwagon. It's still small in the back. (last picture is my rental A3)

A long time ago I had a go with an E-tron in Audi event.
I have to say, the car was interesting, if expensive. I also do not know how it would work out in a collective garage.
