    Abarth-Simca 1300 GT (Tipo 130) 1962-1964

    a 1300 version, as shown on the European Concours d'elegance in Schwetzingen in 2003. An d yes, the car was purely designed for racing, and also came with a 2 litre engine.

    Just for the record, the blue one above is a 2-litre. Apparently it was capable of speeds up to 270km/h...

    yes the two litre is a DOHC (as you can see the 1300 is just an OHV engine), here is another one

    similar is the correct word, never the same though, which makes identifying the different models a nightmare.

    Here is a 1000 (or 1mille or monomille), shot at Pebble Beach in 2005...
