Maybe that's because the color is actually Lavender Metallic

    And it looks great imho.

Don't forget the Jota version which was never street-legal with its open race exhaust system.

BTW guys, the SE30 DID come in other colors.
With only 150 of this suckers made, and 12 converted to the non-street legal Jotas, they are one of the rarest cars around.

Only 1 SE30 Jota sits in the US, but does not move because the car can not be registered. Only in Japan were the Jotas registered. 1 German owner registered his yellow Jota, however wrecking it. The said Diablo was then rebuilt into a GTR look-alike.

November of last year also marked the 10 year anniversary of the last SE30 made. Despite being a rare car, many SE30s became modified cars, and it is rumored there are more modified SE30s than any other Diablo model.

3 SE30 Jotas are in Monte Carlo, and rumored 2 SE30s.
I have only seen 1 which was a black one parked outside the Casino in Monte Carlo.

The Jota is an amazing machine and could probably rip a murciealago a new one. Its a legend among lambo enthusiasts and there are many parts on the aftermarket to turn a diablo into a jota look alike, unfortunatley this is so similar to an SV in looks that few would realize what they truly see.

I LOVE this car. Looks awesome in this color, always liked it like this.
The lighting in these pics is a bit weird though; have any other pics?

That is the Diablo by Christian Lassen (original owner in Hawaii).
He's done many more works of art.

That particular Diablo was also on Ebay a while ago. And of course, it's rare. It's 1 of a kind, and #28/150.
