The demo puts Stability control on by default(5 or 7 depends on car) and ABS at 1. The game(and even GT5) drives very differently if you turn the ESP off, and more so if you turn ABS off. In GT5 I try to do it depends on cars. If a car is expected to have ABS I would run with it at 1. If its without I'd do it without...

Looks like the Shelby Daytona is going to be in it. I hope they fix some aspects of the older games. B-spec is boring- let us fast forward it. No more premium and standard cars. Photo trips were my favorite aspect of Gran Turismo 4- it was implemented better there than GT5. Difficult races don't reward well sometimes.

Give us cars we want- What happened to the Euro Civic Type R hatchback?

And what would really drive me up the wall would be if they continued DLC packs to fill in cars they miss out.

I am certainly not getting this day one.

I'm curious to see what improvements B-Spec received. For now, you are right, it is a little boring.

One thing i can hardly wait to see, is the new course creator. As they said, you will be able to design your own track, as you wish, just like using a pencil on paper. With a little bit of skills, we can replicate some of the world tracks...

So you drove all 24 hours of Le Mans and Nurburgring yourself? Or you just didn't do those races?

You can't do 24 hours races with B-spec driver in A-spec last time I checked...

In GT4 you can switch to B-Spec mode when you enter the pits, it's the last option at the bottom of the box where you choose tires and fuel, maybe GT5 is different

They took that option out for GT5. Which is the reason why B-spec is stupid. Its just letting you win money/cars, but you can't use the driver in your own enduro.

I did all the GT5 enduro myself except the 24 hours....at least now they let you save progress in the pit, then you can resume later.

I like that idea, i cringe at the thought of leaving the good ol' PS2 on for 24 hrs straight. I'm saving those races and the long ass 1000 km races for the very end after i've bought all the cars that are available for purchase in the game.

In GT4 if you hold R1 and press right on the D pad you can speed it up 3x and finish a 24 hour race in 8. The issue is timing it correctly because the speed up resets when you enter the pits. But you can still easily cut that time in half.

I was not very inclined to do the 24 hours in GT4 because they have no time change in those races. I just gave the B-spec driver the Minolta and let him just walk the race...

I'm def making it more difficult on myself bc I wanna race it like a real 24 hr race where I drive for 2 hrs and then go B-spec for 6 while my "co-drivers" drive their stints

Porsches should be included, and some FIA GT1 Cars like the Nissan GTR GT1, Lamborghini Murcielago RSV GT1, Aston Martin DBR9, and most of all my fave GT1 car of all time the Maserati MC12 GT1. This would be possible if they can obtain their licenses. Currently, im still playing GT5 although i completed it
