Classic Car, I predict the bubble will burst again and a LOT of people will lose out.

Vote ... pmsl ... resident in Scotland with a UK Passport = vote

Spanish PM playing silly b*****s at the moment with the positioning on Scotland being in EU , CLEARLY driven by Spanish fears that if Scotland gets what it asks for then Catalonia will push harder for it's independence.

It is sad here as Scottish government has produced a 650 page document outlining every aspect of how the country will operate. the UK government are saying NOTHING on how it might be in independence and ONLY make threats and pick holes in the referendum proposal. Shame they cant realise that with truth the RIGHT ANSWER will be given. BUT they hide that Scotland costs less per head than rest of UK and bias is everywhere. The PISA education tables were covered in prog on BBC News and they highlighted that Wales was the worst of the British nations, BUT made NO MENTION that Scotland leads the UK. Scotland has an independent education system within the UK and maybe too much fear that may affect a vote

One of the best things about the Scottish process is the maturity with which all parties are managing the issue.

    If only with that here...

    oh dear, it's not Ferrer

Every time the YES folks put up a proposal the opposition just nit pick and tear apart the uncertainties. BUT wont put up alternatives.

So it's all one sided and gets quite heated and off-topic very quickly

Latest UK Government outlook has DOWNGRADED the oil revenue by a lot and at odds with the oil industry ( and Norways ) views. The cynically minded see this as a deliberate ploy to undermine the financial outlook recently published by the SNP. Equally they have removed support for onshore wind farms - which Scotland is building lots of - for offshore windfarms - which England NIMBYs prefer but largest of which just got shelved !! They did this by tabling an amendment on a paper currently in the Lords - the UNELECTED part of the British decision making political process.
    Dirty tricks.

Surely, it's not all going to be fair play, and everybody will try to make their option look the better scenario (even if with dirty tricks).

But at least they let you have a referendum.

    true

But I worry about a referendum when all parties are not willing to offer outcomes for the future for both possible results. THEN we can make informed decision. I keep commenting that without it then it's likely to be a gut-feel decision on the day and that way I suspect will be a YES vote. I'd rather know we agreed using facts and not hysteria

It won't be yes. I want it to be.

Quebec got screwed around by the federal government before their independence referendum in 1995. It was 50.58% to 49.42%. All sorts of shenanigans went on.

What does any of this has to do with Ecurie Ecosse?!

Scotland was screwed once already over it in 1979.
Majority voted for an independent Scotland , so THEN they decided that unlike EVERY OTHER VOTE OR ELECTION IN THE UK that it had to be a majority of the *population*, not the majority of voters.

    Ecurie Ecosse .... Team Scotland

The EE team were an independent team operated out of Edinburgh and who had some of Scotland's great and up and coming stars driving for them in GT and Le Mans races. Famous over the world for their blue cars and the iconic transporter.

The current EE team has only the title to share with the great past , the company having folded twice

We see the EE transporter and cars at a number of events in the UK and Scotland.
We'd like to retain the heritage in Scotland where it can remind us of engineering prowess, grit and determination and the Scottish way to tackle problems ( tho' tbh the original team principal was a bit of a dodgy business character in similar vein to Chapman )
Others are using it as a platform for Scotland at this time leading up to the vote and getting very "nationalistic" about it !!!

personally I just want to be able to see, hear and sit in them again
