    Another yank tank..

..that I blame the wife for. She has her own Corvettes, and I suppose it was just a matter of time before I got one, too.

Truth be told, I've always liked the later model years of the 6th generation, so I picked up this 2013 427 when I stumbled upon it by accident.

Congrats! Glad to see you're successful! Do you still get to keep the Mustang?

Do you have any ideas on what mods you might do?

I still have the Mustang, yes. I have too much blood, sweat, tears, and money in that thing to let it go. They're also two very different cars.

With the 427 being a somewhat rare bird, I've kept it mostly stock (clear front side markers, and turned the stock suspension down). It's my first vehicle with a warranty, and the LS7 has had some head and rod clearance issues that I'm waiting out. They should have been resolved by the later model years, but you never know.

Before the warranty expires I may either do some better heads, cam, intake, and exhaust, and aim for 600rwhp -- or just extend the warranty.

Wow. The C6 was kinda getting stale for me lately. But, that car, with that color, and those wheels. Wow, looks fantastic. Nice ride!
