This weekend the Circuit Park Zandvoort hosted the fourth annual Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort. Nestled in the dunes along the Dutch North Sea coast, Zandvoort has a challenging, undulating layout that is universally loved. It also retains the look and feel of a classic racing track, which makes it the ideal backdrop for a historic racing meeting. As with the editions that came before this year's edition was headlined by the FIA Masters Historic F1 championship, while other single seater classes as well as sports, touring and GT cars made for a packed schedule. In addition to to the races, the Historic Grand Prix also featured exciting demonstration runs from the BMW Museum and the FORCE Formula 1 cars.
Our photographers joined the 52,000+ spectators for three days 'at the beach' to capture the event in its entirety. The result is a concise report, illustrated by a class-by-class, 220-shot gallery, which includes all the action.
