    Hudson Country Club Eight 1939-1940

The Country Club Eight is a car produced by Hudson from 1939 to 1940.

The chassis was available in two versions. The engine installed for both versions was an eight-cylinder in-line swith 4,169 cm3 displacement, which delivered 122 hp of power. The clutch was a wet single disc, while the gearbox was three-speed with a steering lever. The traction was rear. The brakes were hydraulic on the four wheels. The automatic transmission was offered as an option.

In 1940 the line was updated. On this occasion, the engine was improved, the power of which reached 128 hp. Country Club Eight went out of production in 1941 and was replaced by the Commodore Custom Eight.
