    Chevrolet Citation 660 Turbo 1983

I can't find much information about it, except that it is a one-off.

When I was a kid, you'd see Citations on the road.

Hilarious. My uncle had a Chevette. There were some shit cars in the late 80s early 90s.

Some quick googling confirms that it was not, in fact, a kei car; the engine displaced 2,800 cc. I suspect that the hieroglyphs on air cleaner (HX for water-to-air charge cooling would be my guess if this weren't GM...) mean 6 seconds from 0-60 mph; not at all bad for something dragged along by a leaden X-Engine.

I'm half surprised they made it that long. I guess the notion of buying a small American car had already fallen out of favor in LA by the time of the Citation's release so I don't remember seeing many of them growing up. I guess Angelenos preferred B210s.
"Kimi, can you improve on your [race] finish?"
"No. My Finnish is fine; I am from Finland. Do you have any water?"

Thanks for the info, I couldn't find much about it (and still can't). Interesting piece of history nevertheless.
