Deepest Condolences man, that just sucks. Do police over there set up breath testing on the road to catch the drunken idiots?

Any news on whats going to happen to this guy?

    Finally some news.
But first of all, I'd like to thank you guys sooo much. I don't think I say it enough to you guys, even if I don't know you in person. You've made my day just a bit better, which may not seem like much, but to me, it makes all the difference. Thank you everyone!
That guy was stuck in court, found guilty of drunk driving. That's it. I was a bit surprised that was all he was charged of, but I wouldn't want him on the death penalty, that's going too far. He has been jailed for an anonymous amount of time. I should think a few years or so. His blood alcohol levels were extremely high, and the police found cases of beer in the trunk. Oddly enough, they also found drugs. I should have thought him to be a drug dealer, but I gave up on that soon enough.
Again guys, you've just made my day. Thank you all very much.

Ridiculous! It should've been at least reckless driving causing death, or manslaughter, or something like that.

does the judge realize he killed your friend also????, that idiot driver deserves more than a few years....hopefully when he realizes what he did while being drunk, his guilt will be more punishment than he can bear
