Since this thread is still on the homepage and so I don't have to make another thread named 'avatar resize' or something similar, could someone resize this picture for my avatar. As you can see I tried it myself but it didn't work too well. If no one does within a few days, I'll make a new thread.

I use paintshop it comes with animation shop. You can either pay for it or use kazaa
There are freeware packages that do it, they were listed on UCP earlier but I can't find the post. Maybe you'll be luckier with a search.
or google for animated gif and you'll find options.
