I heard people say there is a 4000 hp Viper! But isn't that just a (topfuel-) funnycar with a bodyshell of a viper? or not?

First as a dodge Viper fan i know for a fact that there is no vip with 4000 freeken hp. Just look at the dodge viper team orica. now that is fast.
