ok since this one seems to be difficult. They make the weaker part of the valve train stronger. They also prevent the flexing of studs therefore stops hp loss. hope this helpspushrod retaining clamps ?

What engine is this needed for ? I'm interested having raced and rallied highly tuned cars for 30 years and never needed them
