Need help with broken video file

Hi guys... i downloaded a Mclaren f1 video a few months ago. The file was already broken... i can't drag the video. It sucks that i hav to wait a few minutes to get to the best bits in the video. The video is an MPEG file. Is there anyway i could fix this? i've looked for video repair softwares but none of them are able to fix MPEG

do u know other good softwares that can fix my vid?
