Personally I don't believe there is a greatest supercar. Cars are great for different reasons.
In terms of definitive styling I would have to say the Lamborghini Muira and the F40 are up there. Both cars were benchmarks for their respective eras.
In terms of performance I look to the more modern cars. Obviously the Mclaren F1 is still the greatest not far behind the Enzo. What I want to see is some official testing of the Koenigsegg CC-R. I know they have got the CC8 above 370kph and had to stop due to weather.
But in making a personal choice of which car I could have, not necessarily the greatest, probably at the moment a Koenigsegg CC-R.

Best supercar? I'd say Koenigsegg CCR.

well i would say zonda c12s, enzo preformance, and 10 times the exclusivity.
i think using my friends calculator we worked out (using the top speeds in my CAR mag) that the enzo has less top end go then the zonda. (yay) :d

Lamborghini Countach. I'm suprised noone has said it yet. I remember back to this Ricer Meet (Well a few proper Twin Turbo skylines, but there was a hideous Air Bagged Accord and this ugly old Prelude blah blah), the guy across the road came for a visit, he pulls up in his Countach Replica (Looks and sounds the biz, lexus V8 with Quad Exhausts, sounds incredible) and the ricers are just deserted. 45 Mins and people are still looking at it, gets in the paper for the zillionth time. Hes making a Diablo ATM and best of all I get to hear him pull out of his driveway
