What is your favorite Asian car???

im just curious what the most popularly liked car is over there in Asia. i know that i have a few myself that i wouldnt mind taking for a test drive, but it seems the nice ones are so expensive even if they have been out for years.

    3. 1995 Mazda RX-7 : $31,000 USD
    2. 1993 Toyota Supra Turbo : $38,000 USD
    1. 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R : $89,950 USD!!!!
(In the order id have them)

I dont know about you but in my mind thats a ton of cash!!!!!!!!

i got a 94' RX-7 for twelve grand, supras are expensive because of an un named movie which made them suddenly "cool" skylines are expensive partly because they too are now "cool" but also the price of importing and legalizing
my list is from the top of your list down:
    1. RX-7
    2. Supra
    3. R34 GT-R

if you'll look this question has already been asked under "favorite japanese car"

I'd go with the skyline, probably because of its hyped status....or maybe they are as good as people say

WRX STI and Evo Lancers are pretty good
nissan 200SX's and 180SX's (with the decent SR20DET engine) are pretty cheap here in Austraia and they look really nice too mazda rx-8 is nice but fuel economy is terrible
350z is already uncool down here
    Supra's are pretty rare
and Skylines are popular but you can find an ex-japan R34 for about $40,000 (Australian $) in fairly good condition havent seen many R35's yet

    1. Acura NSX- An exotic from the best carmakers around, this machine belongs on crome dubs racing down the quartermile.

    2. Mitsubishi GTO/3000GT- My favorite drifting car, with its superior all-wheel-drive, it can get slideways and bring it back. This is used for the backtracks and mountain roads.

    3. RX-7 FC- The perfect balence of power, weight and traction for less than the new age. Can you say TOUGE???

first the NSX is by no means a drag car, there are many cars more suited for the task, the NSX is primarily for high speed touring, and the ocasional track sesion, second puting big crome "dubs" on a drag car would do nothing but slow it down, the added weight and altered gearing would be detrimental to 1/4 mile performance, the 3000gt/GTO is not a good drift car, its too heavy, its awd system isnt the best around, and its gearing isnt up to the task, a fun car for mountain roads yes, would i be getting sideways(or trying since it has massive understeer) no.
now about the FC, if by "touge" you mean torque, then you are wrong, even the turboII's didnt have enough torque to mention in that context, its weight was over 200lbs. heavier than the FD, and it is a good drifting car

all the cars you mentioned are good just not for the reasons you mentioned
