so the "new " GTS are near to their road cars, maybe nearer than the GTS now.

GT will be very interesting next year.
the 360 beaten the GT3 the first time at cicuit bugatti.
but the other GT cars were without a chance!!

the 360GT already beat the GT3 in the last two FIA GT races .. and the team that run al LeMans 1000 is not the best .. they could do even better ... the Spyker run decent . i think ... adn both the Morgan and the Spyker look very good .. it would be sad not to be on the track ...

it's like the Saleen .. it is homologated as a supercar .. i think ... but the road going saleen . is more advanced compared to the 550 Maranello ...

    check

i read the article. you are right.

but i wondred a little when i read about the air restrictors.

they can choose, for excample, for an 4 litre N/A engine one restrictor with 45,6 mm or two restrictors with 32,6 mm each.

that means 20,4 mm more fresh air with 2 restrictors.
    Who donīt choose two ones????????????????!!!!!!!!!

have you seen some pictures of the 2004 safety things, looks a bit strange but when it works....

well . the things about restrictors .. . i don;t think 2X32.6=1X65.2 .. for sure .. those figures are done to make the engines power output at the same level ..

about the Lola .. LMP2 . yeah i saw it on ten-tenths and Mulsannescorner .. and it is a bit strage with the double roll-bars ..and the lights look very audi like ...

    also check this

of course 2x32,6 isnīt the same like 65,2 mm of course of the air streams and so on... but it looks a bit strange to me.

i think very much cars will look like the R8 in future. succes is covered.
man, these model guys are really fast!! the car wasnīt built yet,
and they start to sell models of it!
when this car should run for maserati, they will prefer the second car beacause the other one looks to Enzo simillar.

    prodrive again

i think they will take the smaller Vanquish or the DB9

TVR, too? they should take the Speed 12 for racing!
are these both cars for FIA GT, too or only for Le Mans?

hope there will be more firms likeAston ,TVR, Lambo making such decissions in the next time

Maserati WP - a point on the project
    30/12/03 Da
We propose to you to give a progress report on the progress report of the WP project initiated by Maserati. Not of Trofeo Light but of the "supercar" announced for 2004. A denomination which we prefer still used with quotation marks insofar as any remainder still to be written on the category.

Always it is that the general design of the car is stopped. According to our information, if before takes again certain features characteristic of the models of road, the back would be "prominent". The engine, V12 in central position postpones, turns to the bench. The project did not take delay on initial planning since the first turns of wheels are envisaged during January 2004. For an arrival in competition always programmed in September of the same year. This project is 100% Maserati and does not appeal has any knowledge to make external as it was the case our F575 GTC with N-Technology or Italtechnica for Trofeo Light.

The car, of which we are unaware of the denomination, will be presented officially at the press on 4 next March in opening of the living room of Geneva. Two models of the WP will be presented at this occasion: one of series and a second intended for the competition with different tone of body. On this subject, the red color, even in a darker tone drawing on the Bordeaux wine, will not be taken again in competition.

i;ve checked the fia list of homologated vehicles .. and the Monaro is not in it .. so .. sorry .. it will not be able to compete ..
