this virus in my computer is so intelligent it has created its own firewall and my comp will need to be wiped out all the files gone i need help immidiatly, im using my dads laptop help would be very very apreachiated but the norton anti virus wont let us access it to be wiped out as we speak my comp has gone spastik seriously

Noadware has been voted one of the best scans on the net you need to find yourself a serial code though then it shoud be fine.

Go online to www.trendmicro.com and run their free virus scan.
It's always my second stop for virus scaning when a users local scanner doesnt' fix things.
It's VERY good and for those impossible to remove automatically virii () it gives clear manual instructions.
