the 5000euro version i think will only be available . in Romania . in the west . probably only the top version . 1.6 will be available . and from what i've heard in 2005 .it possible they will put the 1.6 16V 110 BHP and the 1.5dCi engine in it ..

If enough people started driving cars like this as their commuters and not 8-seater SUVs, the streets would be a better place. Then the SUVs would feel out of place, guzzling gas in pretentious tanks. If only somehow, a paradigm shift made minimalist, green, cheap, cars fashionable. I hope this car can do that here in the States. The Korean cars are partially serving that purpose but are considered dirt.

You can have your weekend car but this is what basic transport is supposed to be. I like the Logan as long as it is reliable!!

Well they were there once, supplying cars like the "5 Le Car", which looked rdiculous with their extended bumpers.

see, they have learned their lesson.

seriously, that Schweitzer quote of shocked me and my colleagues for that kind of self consciousness-
imagine Pischetsrieder, Schrempp or di Montezomolo saying that!

Renault is the company who obviously has learned that they have to earn money on a market, not only change it!

    ?

They are not the same cars, no. Just the fact that Renault owns Nissan. And Nissan has a presence in the US --> conslusion Nissan is Renault's presence in the US. That's what I'm saying.

they have it in the news now:
3000 units for Germany in 2005, 7500 Euros.

test result: technical status quo of 1995,
    otherwise quite good.

datalinks are in German, but i think you will understand most of the figures.

the dance is about to begin.

just curious about the Volkswagen Gol
and about where does this end-

i am employed in the automotive industry.

It doesn't suck. It's a very practical car, it does what a car should do...move people...no fancy navigation system, or airbags, or any of that garbage...
