I like modified cars, as long as they contain power and performance as well as speed i like the, however im not sure on all these stickers and unesesery add ons.
I belive that white Evo 7, with the carbon fibre bonnet picks up the accelaration.

Me too, as long as they improve the cars overall performance and keep the body kits tastefull I don't call them rice either.

But lowering your car so that it's bottom is just a 1/4 inch from the ground, huge rear wings, and those neon lights...yuck!!

The Subaru is modified. The front skirt and the spoiler are the first things that are not original. I think you need some work on the culture and note: I said Modified Cars. Not all are riced up, some have modified engines. I'm pretty sure they don't have the original engines.

Oh sorry. Well it looked cool and the whole atmosphere in that pic looks like a tuner scene.
