you should run on highest details without any problems

i wouldn't be so sure, i have an athlon 3200, 1.5 gig or ram and a 5700fx and the demo ran ok @1024 everything maxed out (i think that was with anti aliasing on as well...)

I was able to run on my P4 2.4Ghz with 1Gb of Ram and a GF4 Ti 4400 128mb at 1280 with full AA without too much of a fuss....

omg, project gotham 2 makes these graphics look mediocre, nfsu is bland and well, yawn, lol cmon u have to admit, PGR2, and yes maybe even 1 has better graphics, these screen shots are bland

I have that game and i chose the toyota corolla for my first car. I like it because it has that old school look. So far i have a few upgrades like the 1st engine,ecu,suspension,hydraulics, and weight reduction packs. My horsepower is only like 110 but my tourque is like 130

i've changed car three times through career: i started with miata, i didnt change it until i could have mustang, i finished game with lancer (not that red one but with that yellow). i bought hummer h2 and infiniti as well.

only one problem mine is on XBOX. Which is way faster than a computer plus i dont have to take up my hardrive.

For some reason my carolla accelerates very slow but it seems to have a high topspeed. I have almost all teh stage 1 performance parts but my horsepower is very low. It almost looks like it has major turbo lag.

Sorry mattg, but the XBox is 2 year old graphics technology and 8 year old processor. AND the games are seriously lacking in real force-feedback support. A wee rattle on a curb isn't the same as feeling the fronts slip

Check out a current top-enf PC and see what's REALLY possible.
Of course it's 10 times the price of the XBox, but we've never stopped price differential on UCP letting us pick "best"

The games graphics do NOT suck. It just depends on the person's computer. On mine it looks much better, well it's shinier.
