    Citroën SM #11

In the mid 1970s, Citroen created several SMs for racing. They featured modified bodywork with a Kamm rear, shorter wheelbases, and more powerful engines. Their distinctive shooting brake appearance led to their being called the "breadvan" edition.

    CITROËN SM...What a car !!!

    Hello to all

New on this site I appear:

57 years old my name is Jack, living in France near Paris region and I'am a passionate person of Citroën and more particularly the SM, happy owner of which I am!

In my collection also there are:

BX turdo D, CX prestige IE turbo 2, 2CV, C2 VTR HDI, Saxo D

As regards the SM, a magnificent automobile which gets me immense pleasure during the exits with the SM club de France of which I am a member.

IF you are as me fascinated by this car, or if you want to discover it, not being able to put here all my photos, to see the adventures of this automobile you can go to my address blog:

    La Citroën SM....une passion

You can make your remarks at the bottom of every article, they will be welcome!

Good visit and all my thanks and excuse me for my English

Welcome JR and thanks for devoting your time and efforts to a brand that some of us here particularly like. (me included...)

A few years ago there was one of these sitting out in a parking lot behind a restaurant in the town where my parents live. My Dad said he should go inside the restaurant and ask how much they want for it, but I think he knows it'd be quite expensive to not only get running but to maintain as well.

    VEHICLE GT

Developed from the "SM", the "Gran Turismo" has traveled the circuit of Michelin Clermom-Ferrand to the average of 240.800 km / h thanks to its 340 hp V-6 engine derived from the basic model.

    Top speed: 285 km / h

Chapron made about six to seven of those four door versions, this particular one was shown at the Villa d'Este Concours in Italy in May last year. It drove over the road from Holland in great comfort and with no problems.
