Ford has recntly shifted its market share from 3rd to 2nd
Falcon sales this year has been 55,489 units which represents a 49.9% increse over the previous years sales and the falcon utes and Fairlanes are domintating their market sectors (367 units for farilane and no disclosed figuresfor the ute sales)
This month alone (november) falcons sales at 9352 which is one of the best results ever.
The only thing im missing is there are no comparisions to how well holden are doing

I dont have numbers but while I imagine Ford is taking some Holden sales away, the overall car sales for this year is up quite significantly.

Well nearly allcar manufactuors in this country are seeing more sales nowdays. The thing im thinking though that neither ford or holden are withing striking distance of toyota and to think that they dont have any image building performace cars that are sold barnd new here.

What they are talking about is the fact that Ford sold more Falcons than Commodores for 1 month. Thats all. In overall market share Holden is second for every month of the year and second overall.

well to fords credit it was a magizine saying that and not ford.
Well outselling them in one month and showing growth of like 40% is a good start to staying around.
walked around for 2 hours today and put my name in with no less then 9 dealerships (most combined dealerships with multible jobs on offer) and all of them where quite welcomming and friendly (other then the lexus dealer in which after i handed my resume in i got the most polite get ****ed i ever heard ) but the ones who seem to be the most intrerested would have to of been the holden dealer funny that it was the mosr uncomfterble one i was in i was covering my fordt-shirt with my jumper and it wasa hot summer day so i was nearly melting whilehanding my papers in.
