The YCC was the car created by a team of women. It had MANY clever design features that only a woman would think of. It was no longer necessary to open the hood to add/change such things like oil, windshield washer fluid. There was also no longer a door and screw-off cap to add fuel. Seriously, on today's computer-controlled, plastic-covered engines that hardly anyone works on themselves, what more do we open the hood for? Oil and washer fluid. If that can be accessed without getting dirty under the hood, sounds like a great idea to me.
