Whats wrong with street racing?

In Australia Kangaroo's basically ensure that you can't street race anywhere. It's not as though you can find some deserted road and race cause a roo will just come out nowhere and you'll be finding out how one tastes. I hit one in the middle of a suburb surrounded by trees. Or you might get really unlucky and hit a wombat, which is bascially an upholstered cinder block. Then you're rooted cause it'll just wipe out everything under your car and you're gooooooooooooone.

My uncle's best mate was killed after he hit a wombat. It literally ripped out the entire front wheel assembly while he was drving on a mountain road, and he went over the side ...

Wife & I hit four bloody kangas in 18 months! Result ..? Two x $2500+ repairs and two write-offs The one I hit was within 5 miles from the CBD of Canberra (nation's capitol)

May I ask what a drop bear is?

My wife comes from placid Holland where the major wildlife event is pidgeons. Since emmigrating (and living rural) she is understandably terrified of encountering these things

Not as bad as elsewhere Daz but I tell you she wasn't too impressed either with the size of the insects we had in our first house (near Bredbo), she'd never seen anything like it! Some of the house-spiders (eg Huntsman, AU's tarantula) there were dead-set as big as my hand
