    Those look VERY thin walls .... and not a lot of support in the base of the V either. Can't see how you'll stop that twisting and having nasty harmonics capable of shaking the engine to destruction.
    Don't see you casting that block like that. Planning to machine it or to use wet liners ?
    If machining are you workign within cutting tolerances ?
    Thanks for your comments! Casting problems is something i find hard to evaluate, will think about that - how are these jackets formed? Regarding stiffeners, there is a few details you cant see like the block ends. As I decide what is being bolted into v-gulley i will add more lateral support.

    jediali, did you ever integrate direct injection into the engine like you said you were thinking about doing earlier in this thread?
